The Multidisc XLH disc harrow is the hydraulic folding version of the heavy-duty XL model ideal for chopping and mixing crop residues in a working depth of 5 to 12cm with working widths 4 to 6m.

FEATURES OF THE MULTIDISC XLH HYDRAULIC FOLDING DISC HARROW

• The sharpened serrated discs provide an efficient cutting mechanism.
• For heavier residues, the optional wavy disc is available.

• The bearing and hub assembly is sealed and does not need service greasing.
• The maintenance free heavy-duty bearings on each disc have steel labyrinth protection of the double lip seal.

• Rubber mounted torsion bar enables the disc motion that creates the speed tiller action.
• The individually mounted disc enable maximum movement and freedom of every disc leg independently.

• Depth is controlled by the rear roller.
• The cage roller is the standard option, but various roller options are available including packer roller and other styles.

• Floating system and depth control with simple pin adjustment.
• The floating roller system reduces the disc impact allowing the discs gangs to independently float over subsoil obstructions.

• The right-hand side “hand” deflects soil and material thrown up by the right-most disc back into the the machine working width.

• Powder coated fixed frame with heavy duty headstock.
• 560mm diameter aggressive serrated discs made from hardened steel for longevity and tough conditions.
• Side fastening of discs with 5 x 10.9 Grade bolts onto over dimensioned hubs with easy access.
• Maintenance free heavy duty Double Row ball bearings on each disc with steel labyrinth protection of double lip seal.
• Discs are mounted on individual torsion bars for maximum movement and freedom of every disc leg independently.
• The torsion bars are rubber mounted to the frame for high-speed operation.
• Front to rear gang spacing of 100cm.
• Depth control by Ø 520mm Cage Roller (CR) set by pin position.
• The floating roller system reduces the disc impact allowing the discs gangs to independently float over subsoil obstructions.
• Other roller options – packer roller (PR), ring roller, star packer, DD roller & Double crumble and ring roller.
